its completely normal for him not to be interested in food or water right now. he's probably overwhelmed with all the new things. I'm sure he'll want to eat soon. Maybe put him in his crate or ex-pen with his food to give him a chance to eat and sleep.
As for the nutrical i wouldn't give him the whole tube. He may not even need any of it. However, since you just brought him home and he's not eating, maybe give him a little pea size amount right now incase he doesn't want to eat for a little while. this will help tied him over and perhaps encourage him to eat.
