It is an apartment complex. It is the shower or tub in the apartment above us. But our neighbors aren't home so they just have to leave a note for them telling them not to bathe until tomorrow and they will come back and work on them both in the morning. At least the water stopped running...
Our maintenance people came so fast though! And they were so nice! I am so pleased with this complex, just not our nasty upstairs neighbors! (They let their Choc. Lab poo on their balcony and then sweep it onto ours once a week)
