I posted my response in General also but just in case more people see it here....
First of all, I wouldn't let that dog in my house without a belly band at ALL times! I know from first-hand experience...... my male toy poodle was not neutered and every time he went to my parents' house he'd mark because they had a male in the house. It got to where they wouldn't let me bring him over. As for the aggression issues, I'll let someone else help you there. I never experienced any problems with him.
