Im going to hijack your rant an complain about insurance and delivery conformation too. It's like I pay them to deliver a box, then they want me to pay extra to "insure" they do their job right? I dont get to ask people if they want to pay me extra to insure I do my job correctly. OK sorry.... Had to vent!
