OMGosh, they just lost their baby, how harsh, and as for yorkies being to small to be around kids, what ever. I got my first yorkie before my oldest daughter was born. Does that mean I should have given up my 3yr old yorkie, I think not. I know MANY of us here have children, and I don't think that because we chose to start a family we shouldn't be entitled to a small breed dog...
