Very likely, she's teething. You can buy a product called "Bitter Apple" at the pet store and spray it on your hands and things you don't want her to bite, like furniture, etc.
One thing I learned from puppy school: When she nips your hand while playing, you must YELP very loud in the same fashion a puppy would yelp when they are hurt. This will shock her and she'll back off. This is how they behave when they play with their litter. A high pitched YELP from their brothers or sisters indicates that the playing has gone a bit too far.
