I just responded to a post and didn't realize it was an old post...Thought it would be a great idea to start an appetizer thread. This way we can all have something a little different to choose from...I make an artichoke/spinach dip that everyone loves. I can be served with crackers or nacho chips

I use the recipe on the back of the Lipton GOLDEN onion soup and add some of my own goodies!! Like...........

a block of cream cheese
frozen spinach (thawed and drained...really well...squeeze out water if you have to)
I also add a package of mixed cheeses (besides what the recipe calls for)
the package has monterey jack,colby and I think cheddar in it

actually you could add any cheese you want. I have also added some fresh garlic to it...I have made it several times and each time it comes out a little different but, everyone just loves it everytime!
