My best friend works for me and this is the only way I can trust to have someone help me with my orders becasue this way I personally trained her and I oversee everything that she makes and I can be in control of my designs and products. We also work together by doing a 2-person assembly line type process to try and speed up sewing a bunch of orders are one time. This works nicely for us. So if you have a close personal friend of family member that maybe you can train you might like that better. |
Thanks a lot Shana, I'll take that into consideration. My best friend locally is 'Nette, (she makes the beautiful portraits!) and she is busy with opening an art gallery and PocoMutt 'The Shop' ... My family is across the 'big pond' ...
