That's what happens when you try to discipline them like that. It only teaches them to not poop in front of you

I've never shown any anger or frustration in front of my puppy whenever he's had accidents. I'd rather him do it in front of me than be scared and only do it when I'm not looking. I know how frustrating it can be. The first few weeks with my puppy, I wanted to pull my hair out because all he was having was accidents

. After the third week though, he started doing really well. He's 17 and a half weeks old now and he goes on his pee pad about 95% of the time. It just takes time and consistency. Good luck
