Question When does a "puppy" become a "dog" in terms of food?

Hi there!
My baby is now 6 months old. I hadn't realized it until today! How quickly these last couple of months have flown by!
So, in terms of food, is it okay to start feeding the grownup versions? I brought home some sample packs of Innova EVO Red and gave her a few bites as a treat...and she went nuts! So I was thinking...She doesn't get all that excited over the cooked food I have been making her (chicken breast) as well as our valiant attempt at the RAW diet (which she turned her little snobby nose up at) ..but this Innova, she loves! Maybe I should just switch her over to it? I was doing some reading and also following these groups and the protein content seems to be the big concern, yet with the RAW diets (which so many puppies seem to thrive on), I'd think the protein value would be very high to start with. So, as you can tell, I am a bit confused about what is right to do.
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated! :-)
