Yes its the same thing!! Great price at Walmart for it too. You can add panels very easliy and I don't see why 2 of them can't be put together. I have a 24 inch x-pen with a door and several if these at 26 inches and I find them plenty high enough. If you get them much higher its hard for you to climb in or out of so be careful going to high. since you also said your baby will never be outside unsupervised I say this should be exactally what you need.
