I feed mine Nutro (Natural Choice) Puppy food, softened when they get to that age. It is dry food, but I wet it with warm water. I get it at Petsmart. I feed my female that too, through her pregnancy and after til pups are gone.
I also give pups some cottage cheese every few days.
