It's nice that you can use the flex points spread out through the week or you can also use them for a weekend where you know you want to eat out. It really IS flexible and easy, it's just a lot of watching portions. I got special measuring cups because everything needs measured and I would take zip lock baggies and portion out the servings and write the points on the bag to make counting easier.

You'll definitely need a little notebook or journal to keep track or you can use the WW points bracelet where you move the charm over to track points
