I have the program, but am not on it currently. It's very basic to follow. Basically the better the food is for you, the lower it's points value (usually). Depending on your current weight you get so many points, and 35 flex points a week. As your weight drops, you get less points. You can also do CORE which is where you have a set list of foods you can eat w/o counting points and you still get the 35 flex.
It's important to eat all your points and all your flex points per day/week.
I used an online forum when I did mine, but I think that going to the meetings would be really informative and helpful.
