Im not on Weight wtachers (but really should be LOL) but my aunt is doing it and she has lost 43 pounds in like 5 months. she says it isnt hard to follow but you have to make sure you are ready and you are going to stick to it and not cheat. she said ultimately it will work if you are dedicated... so i chose not to do it LOL hope it helps
