Is anyone on WW? I really want to try it once all the holidays are over, (I'm afraid I'd cheat), is it pretty easy? I do eat a lot now, it helps calm me after a stressful day, but I don't want to go straight from pigging out to barely eating. I want to take it slowly, but not real slow. I want to see progress. Does anyone do it online? I may like it better online than going to the meetings.
