Im not sure if peanut and all the others that do the avatars use the same program as me but mine is sort of complicated. I use Pro Paint shop 9 and animation shop 3. you have to make 4 different images design them however you like (font, brushes, background, layering etc) then you save each one and open them up using animation wizard and thats where you choose the speed of the blinking and then save it to ur comp. I probably confused you cuz Im a bit confused lol
