I was at petsmart 3 weeks ago for Rockies nails to be clipped and they ask the same question about his papers. They should ask for the papers only when the pups are getting groomed I thought ?. Well ,I told the clerk Rockie was only there for his nail clipping and she said ok. I do not know if thats the same policy at all petsmarts; but I will be checking today.
