Well because I was there for class the Trainer came in a told her I was ok that she had seen the papers 
I was not happy that they made a Huge deal out of this.
But I did get her nails done for free and she did a good Job. and got a great tip

I agree they should be asking for papers as it does give some description of the dog..anyone can use any tags on a dog. In fact many times I have put the wrong harness on the wrong dog when I have gone for a walk. I realize if I bring in two yorkies the description could fit either dog but at least it narrows it down. Also I would want to know that the groomer is looking out for the best interst of all dogs that come to the groomers and make sure they have their shots etc. It is a safety question IMO.
