I have learned over the years to learn to trust my inner voice. It would be one thing if it was a vase but this is a living creature and if you are wrong and this is a bad situation then a lot of harm could come to your dog.

If you are not interested in turning your dog over to a reputable rescue organization who is trained in finding a good home then I suggest you call the Humane Society, animal control and also rescue in your area to see if they know anything about this person. Did this person give you a vet reference? Then call this vet to see what they know about this person.

My gut is telling me something is wrong with all of this. I would rather error on the safe side for my dog.
