Two weeks ago I took Pixie in to Petsmart for her training Class. We had a Coupon to try the Nail trim There. So I used it.
When I went in she asked for her Papers??? I was Like WTF I have her tag right here. " No Mam we need her papers" HUH?
I agree they should be UTD but I Will NOT carry papers ON me at all times!
Well because I was there for class the Trainer came in a told her I was ok that she had seen the papers
I was not happy that they made a Huge deal out of this.
But I did get her nails done for free and she did a good Job. and got a great tip
( BTW they never knew I had a coupon till I went up front to pay.)
