Wow. I'm in shock. I adopted a dog a month ago from this Sarah woman! Except...the rescue name was different. I actually got my dog, but have been unable to get any medical records or registration papers for him. I have tried calling and emailing her a million times! No response. At least I got Jesse, but I have been so angry and frustrated.
I guess I got my answer. It was a scam. I wonder if Jesse was stolen and resold, or if they are just a terribly irresponsible resvue.
