Hi and Welcome to YT! I was born and raised in Mn but now
live in Arizona. I actually spent a lot of time in Shakopee
while I was growing up my cousins all lived there. A lot of
people if they don't want to deal with the elements piddle
pad train their dogs. My daughter lives in Fargo and she has
an area set up in her garage so all she has to do is open the
door and let the dog do it's business. It takes time and patience
still but it beats freezing to death. Hope that thought helps
