I didn't think I was ever going to get it out. It took Mike 10 minutes to help me - 9 minutes to stop laughing and 1 minute to pull the bar enough that my head finally came out.
I'm ok. Just a bruised ego and my ear hurts a little (it bent funny and that's what caused my head to get stuck in the first place).
