Do you mean you would rather see the "reflected" style logo on the top rather than the smaller version without the reflection?
Again, thanks so much for the feedback! |
I was talking about the one above *Welcome to The Look.com* (the one that is white on black with no reflection). To me, I just think that the reflection captures the fresh "feel" of your "new store". Now, it might be fun to play around with reversing the colors while preserving the reflection. You could still have the black band (which I like) but have the reflection in white. I have no idea if that would look good or not (maybe you could capture the black reflecting on white glass on the first page and white reflecting onto black glass on the second page or maybe it wouldn't work). Actually, the logos are the same, but without the reflection, it doesn't give me the same feel as the first logo. I realize that you'd need a static logo (without the reflection) for stationary, etc., but I just love the reflection as your main logo. (I'm big into details and I've been able to be involved with branding at our own company. It's all subliminal but makes such an impression.)
Very cool project!!! You should be really proud!! Like I said, it's really beautiful just the way you have it. That first logo is just the part that struck me when I first opened the site. And even with the second static logo, I was still struck by the opening.
