Lil Miss Izzie uses the washable ones in her playpen when she is in it during the day. I use one a day, and put it in the washer to soak....then run them through a prewash cycly with borax and then wash them with bleach....tumble them dry on low heat....she also has the disposable ones that she used in the living room and those are much easier...just toss them...so she is trained to used both, although sometimes we still have accidents in the living room
