If your labor starts before the scheduled date they just roll you right on in as an emergency c-section. Not a big deal. You will be fine...don't worry. They tend to opt for repeat c's when you have had it before. In light of the fact that you suffer from BP issues they will be ready to roll and know that it's an case where it might just be that your early.

Honestly I would pick a regular vaginal delivery (did it three times with no drugs) over a c-section.

My mom had a c-section for my last sister and I can always remember how painful her recovery was...so I always opted for the natural way.
