Just wanted to update, the vet thinks that he had a "minor trauma" to his boy parts, he said that it looks like it got scratched or rubbed on something. I am both relieved and puzzeled, he is almost never alone, but he had been playing hard in the back yard and at my moms earlier in the day. Anyway he is going to be fine and it should heel it's self.
