Kim  | I thought what you said was interesting. Thanks for the info. In my usual quest for more info I found this: Salmonella may be found in the feces of some pets. Pets that carry salmonella usually don’t get sick from it, but people do. People get it from direct contact with their pets, or from cages, living areas or bird feeders contaminated by salmonella.
