The White Shaker Dog syndrome came and went and only predisone would help it; stress brought it on. We didn't know it at the time, because we would play with him, making him growl then he'd go into the head tilt, disorientation, not himself --

It is sad you have to do so much research yourself -- we don't have any vets that specialize in small dogs, which if we did, I'd pick that one.
