Do you subscribe to the Yorkshire Terrier Magazine? You will see alot of the really good handlers in there. Two of the best are Kirsten Mcgregor and Barbara Biessel. They are in your neck of the woods too. You may also contact you local kennel club. Go to shows and ask questions. Most of the toy breeders will know who to use.
