Is he neutered? That could help a lot with the marking in the house. I don't recommend a full diaper where they go poop in them...That just doesn't seem like a good idea. But belly bands would work nicely. At least with poop, it is easy to pick up. My suggestion would be to keep your daughter's closet door closed if that's where he poops...in fact, keep all the doors in the house closed so he's confined to only certain areas of the house.
