I know this sounds gross but Lulu had ringworm(yuk!!). I had to give her some antifungal medication and wash her twice a week with Malaseb shampoo that i got from my vet. The spot was on the back of her neck and it was huge, it was a real thick grey scab. It looked like a growth on her neck, i expected an alien or something to pop out of it. After a week of the meds and 2or3 weeks of the shampoo it went away. I would definetly recommend trying the shampoo.
