My mom just told me last night my dad was going to be out of work for 2 weeks after Christmas.
We weren't expecting this at all. He has been with this company for almost 25 years. They are also half into adding onto their house. I think it's really hurt their spirits because she told me last night they weren't going to get a Christmas tree this year. They never have not had one. I offered to give them our small fake tree but they declined. I just pray that it's only two weeks my dad will be without pay. Please say an extra prayer for them.
