Does anyone feed their babies Carrots, Sweet Potatos, Apples?

If you do ...are they Raw or Cooked? My baby loves carrots, and I have given him alittle apple, then someone told me to give him swet potatos because some dog foods have these already in it.

I give the apples and carrots raw, would love to give him sweet potatos but should I cook them first?

Need some advice. He has a sensitive tummy, and so far so good.
