 2. Call the police and tell them the neighbours are causing a disturbance and have the police talk to them..but I would go the first route first as you want to try and get along ok with them.

I'm going to re-read our contract and see what all it says under the neighbors section. I think it says something about you have like so many offenses before you are thrown out. If she was doing anything about my complaints then they are probably on their last straw. I really don't think she called them. She is good with like clogged drains and easy things, but issues like this she stinks at her job. The people that live diagonally from us have a rotten little boy. He is always into trouble. One morning he went out and flipped our electric box switch and it shut off our electricity. We were freaking out when we woke up without power. Hubby went around and asked everyone that was outside if they had electricity and they all said yeah and we really got worried. So we called the electric company and they went out and said someone flipped the switch. As we went in the mean neighbor boy was sitting out in the hall, looking guilty as always, so we asked him if he flipped the switch and he said he and some other kids did. So we called the landlord and told her about it. They didn't say anything to the kid or the mom, just put locks on the little boxes. It's stuff like that when she stinks!
