She's a lhasa/bichon actually lol I forgot to mention that.
I think you're right about the shih tzu/lhasa mix -- my neighor has two shih tzus and I think he looks similar to them also
I hope if he has a home to be found, you guys find it and if not, I hope he fits in well w/you guys!
