No, I wasn't talking about the water or cleaner. I meant if you put a cotton ball or something in her ear, are you pulling out anything (like brown or black colored goop)? Sometimes when you get water in the ears it can lead to a yeast infection and you would pull brown goop out. It smells funny too. If you aren't pulling anything black or brown out I don't know what it could be.
