Are you home with her during the day to let her out? If not you may want to use the wee pads. They come in washable ones that they can't tear up, and the paper/plastic kind. As far as other training you might want to take her to training classes. They work really well. If it makes you feel better I have an almost 2 year old, and an almost 5 year old, and although there potty trained they don't know a lot of commands other then sit, and stay. Welcome to YT.
