Here is how I dealt with this. If "no" or "ouch" doesn't work use either the spray bottle or the coin in cans method. The coin in cans works for us. If he gets too rambunctious shake the can and he will stop. If not immediately get him into submissive position (on his back or side). Hold him down and make sure he is completely still for a minute or two. Do not let go. Make sure they are NOT looking at you as you do this. This method has been working for us.
