My 11-week girl also has the same problem. We put her in an exercise pen while we go to work, but everytime we come back, she goes into this frenzy and jumps up and down. When we put her out or play with her, she would playfully bite--that was okay and cute in the beginning, but her teeth are getting sharper and it's turning into a problem. We have tried saying a firm "no bite", puting her back in the pen as a punishment, or a high pitch/yelp sound, but so far the situation is not improving. Is it just a matter of time and patience, or should we try a different approach?
