did u talk to the groomer and gave instructions on how and what you want your doggie to look like???
im not sure how long it takes .. ihavent taken mine in yet for his first grooming ... what happened to you is MY WORST nightmare.... eeeeeeeeeek
it will grow back though but still sorry to hear
