The 1st International YorkieTalk Meet-up (how does THAT sound for official) will be June 21, 2008.
I'm planning on most people flying-in Friday (we're going to have an informal gathering in a local park on Friday afternoon/evening, with free transportation to the park for you and your dog provided by the hotel), and the main event will be all day Saturday (starting with continental breakfast Saturday, mingling all day, and ending with a nice dinner with everyone that evening), and then we'll have another continental breakfast on Sunday, and I anticipate most people checking out of the hotel and heading home after that. HOWEVER, people are welcome to come early or stay late, as Kansas City does have a lot to offer. We're not going for something real structured here...just a nice gathering where we can all put faces with names and YT IDs and get to know each other better. Personally, I can't wait to talk with everyone in person!
