Well the rain let up and I made it to Joann. I was so excited because I thought I found it but now looking at the picture again I don't think it was the right one. It was labeled black and cream plaid at $9.99 per yd. It looks like yours is navy though? The plaid also looked a little bigger than the picture but I thought that might just be a matter of perception since I'm not comparing the picture to anything. The plaid was a little less than an inch.

ETA- I just brightened the lighting of my computer way up and now I can tell yours is definitely blue. I'm sorry- hope someone comes across it for you. I also now see I need to play with my computer's color/contrast.
