You can try to give him supplements for the cartilage (check with a vet first). Mojo had a problem when he had a ear infection, from scratching the ear, it kinda of droped...so i gave him gelatin (in capsules), i know poeple who also gave shark's cartilage(also in capsule) Also i would recomend taping the ears...maybe all he needs is a little help
