Oh yes... same here! Jasper (yorkie) and Peanut (doxie mix) both accompany me into the bathroom. If I'm already in there and Peanut sees that I'm sitting there... he runs to get his ball, brings it into the bathroom and places it at my feet!! It's like he thinks "ahhhh... mama is a captive audience... now she HAS to play with me!" Jasper on the other hand, thinks he must be ON my lap... and doesn't understand why mommy won't pick him up!
