The training thing is a good idea, I think I will try that next time. I usually don't have a problem with being blunt if I'm dealing with somebody whose way out of line. But the fact that she had access to my account information, I didn't really want to risk making a big scene...kind of like how I would never complain or say anything bad to anybody whose handling my food (who knows what they would do to it?)
