I keep getting mailings from a particular place and they will not stop- it's not a catalog or anything, so I'm not sure there is a number where I can call and tell them to stop. Plus I don't wanna waste my time (and cell phone minutes) on the phone.

Is there a way I can refuse the mail? I think I remember my mom writing "REFUSED- RETURN TO SENDER" on the package and throwing it back in the mail. Can I still do that?

Any suggestions?
