 Avatar Help
Since I'm not that good at this kind of thing, I hope I ask the questions correctly.
I made an avatar for a friend. I find out (didn't know before) that when she is on YT she doesn't see the other peoples avatars blinking. So when she puts the blinking avatar I made for her on, it doesn't work. She does see it blinking in the test forum though.
What does she need to do to be able to see the avatars blinking? Is there something she needs to download? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
