I have one that used to throw up in the car. She hasn't for awhile now so maybe she has outgrown it or become accustomed to the rides. Now she just curls up in her car seat and sleeps. I do have a blanket covering her car seat in case it happens again.

I have seen natural remedies on the web to give to your dog to help them with that. Maybe you could google it and find them.
